Any suggestions on the following?
We need the ability to put an instant messaging portal into our web site site so customers can reach our Services Rep. He uses iChat so the web based instant messenger would need to point to his account.
Wish List, E-mail required to start the chat and the ability to post status online such as “We Are Closed”

There is no Freeway specific or “action” way to do this. Try searching Hotscripts for something that sounds like it does what you want, then it will be mostly about adding a markup item to get the code into a Freeway page.

Set up an account, paste the code into your page and you’re off. Added benefit you can see and talk to web site visitors.
Question is, would that annoy them?
