ip Camera feed on freeway page

I have a customer wanting to stream video to his site which I have done for him from a Foscam ip camera.

I have the address and can see the cam in browser window. It requires a user name (but no password required at this stage) to gain access.
I think I need some script to get this to work as a I found a thread about something similar here :

A trawl on YouTube came up with some markup code for the specific camera that worked a treat.
Where would we be without the Internet!

Ah well all is not that well.

I have code for a markup window to show feed from an ip camera but as stated from the code source it will only view in Firefox/Chrome/Safari.

There is also some code as posted below but can someone help me get this into freeway - what goes into HTML Page Markup and what goes into HTML Markup on the page. The image there to be 300 wide x 220 high.
