iphone call / pop up…

Good afternoon

I have an odd question. I have a client that wants a phone icon to link to the tel: hyperlink. That is easy… but when some one is on the computer he wants it to pop up and show the number -which I am using the SL2 action for…

but when on an iphone instead of ; do you want to call this number = it does the SL2 pop up…

is there away to have both?

Have you tried a Target show/hide using a hover effect (not recognised on iOS)
