Tim Plumb wrote some Actions that do a little bit of that sort of thing, have a look at the CSS3 Rollover example to see some rotating effects. This animation looks great on a Mac or a PC using a modern (not IE) browser, because it’s using CSS3 transforms to make the moves. You could also make this in Hype and then insert it into Freeway, just like you would a Flash animation (only it will work on more browsers). Hype is a dedicated CSS3 animation program.
