Is there a chance of this for FW5?

One thing I’d really appreciate in FWP5 is instant font recognition, like Quark for example. All too often I open a FW doc only to find there’s a missing font and it’s no good opening it up in Suitcase and expecting it to show - quit and restart FWP and then it will show. Or have I missed something?

I second that. Auto font activation - like Quark, etc, would be good.

Have you tried FontExplorer? I think that can open a font for you if it’s not activated.

Thanks, that not the problem. Print Designers (with hundreds of Thousand of fonts) we’re very used to DTP programs (Like Quark, or InDesign) recognising when a new font is activated within Suitcase or FontExplorer (we use Suitcase), without having to quit and re-start the program.

Freeway can’t do this. (yet?).
