Just a bit nervous after getting hacked big time last year, but I have a file sitting at root level with all my site files called ’ prepare_removal.php ’

Anyone got any idea what this is?

Hi Kryten,
It looks like it belongs to Fantastico (Problem of installation removal from Fantastico - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support) and may be a remnant from installing another web app through Fantastico. It is worth checking with your host to see if you can remove it safely.
