Is this possible in Freeway?

How can I get the side navigation to stay in place while the rest of the page scrolls like this site: http://www.jeffreydocherty.com/ Is this possible in Freeway?

Thanks for any help with this.

Its done using frames. One side holds the navigation, and the right
the pages. Which was a method used frequently to save on page
download when the web was slow, but less so these days, if at all, as
it presents bookmarking issues with the user unless you start messing
round with frame re-directs.

Even simpler—select your nanigation box, then change the position picker in the inspector to Fixed in Window, and that should do it for you.
