Jalbum Integration

Good afternoon,

Is it possible to integrate a portfolio generated by Jalbum into an existing html page?

Our, is there a better solution ?

The problem is, that, when I work with a pop-up window, the menus and other things are of course not on the index page from Jalbum.

So, I taught, maybe it is possible to create a “window” in one of my pages where Jalbum runs ?

Thanks
Johny

Nope, but perhaps nobody’s used that particular album.

You could try showing the album stuff in an iframe in your page. It
might be a bit clunky, but you might find that it works for you.

Thx for the reply.
But what is an iframe?

I have two sites using Jalbum. http://www.rolostudio.com/ uses the Banana skins and the albums are currently hosted by Jalbum, which is probably not a good thing. They should be with the same host and in the same folder as the site. This is the case with a site I am currently building which uses Jalbum/Simple viewer and can be seen at http://www.richard-lowther.com/ I uploaded them with Fetch software.

Both albums are then brought back into the site into an iframe which is an action (iFrame - ActionsForge)

Whether this is the best way I have no idea but it works. If it is clunky Keith do you know of another way? For example do I really need to upload these files from Jalbum to a server or is there a way I can access them and import them directly from my computer?

Regards

THX for your reply Richard, ik works fine.
The only problem I encounter is a warning when I try to publish: PARAMETER HAS NO VALUE. The following Actions have a parameter that requires a value.
The Parameter “Name” “iFrame”, Page: “fotogalerie”.

I have no idea where to fill in that stuff ???

Select your iFrame selected and have the actions window open. Here you have boxes to fill in (url, scrolling, allignment…) the last one - name - will be empty. Put the name in here. Fotogalerie_1 for example.
