Javascript errors - HELP!!!!

Hi,

When trying to publish my site I keep getting javascript error on my favicon action and even on my webyep 0 init code page action.

What’s the best solution.

Delete action from page publish - save.

re-apply action and publish!

Or delete actions from system and re-install!!

Many thanks

Worm

It sounds like one or more of your Actions is changing/adding code back to Freeway incorrectly. What do the errors say?

Hi Joe,

I get a message saying “there was an error detected in the javascript of the action Favicon” with a red ! symbol.

If I clear the error, i get another prompt.

Javascript error - action “favicon” - fwParameters[“AnimatedIcon”] has no properties

I get the same errors for the Webyep: 1 init Code joe??

What would you or any other guru suggest is the best course of action in which to proceed and resolve the errors!

many thanks

Do you have any other actions applied to that page or a folder action applied to a parent folder at all? It sounds like the action is assuming there something is there that is getting removed.
If you want to send me a sample Freeway file than shows the problem you are having I’ll take a closer look at it for you.
Regards,
Tim.
