In case anyone is considering trying out Joomla as their CMS you may be interested in knowing that anything that relies on Prototype/Scriptaculous javascript libraries (some of Freeway effects do, as well as some 3rd party ones such as Carousel) WILL NOT WORK in Joomla. The reason is because Joomla uses Mootools library instead which is known to conflict with other libraries.
Very sad…

What version of Joomla, and what template? I use the two on a site with no troubles. I’m not aware of Moo being in the core of Joomla, but a template (or a plug-in) could add it easily.

Version 1.5 according to the forum message I saw at Joomla.com
The point I suppose is moot since most everything is done from Joomla anyway with the template just making things pretty.
