Following on from this thread http://www.freewaytalk.net/thread/view/136077 I have been revisiting an old Blogger design with a view to using retina graphics and replacing the NewsCycle fading slideshow with one created using Exhibio.
The small slideshow at the top right uses images that are 180px by 135px. However for some reason Exhibio insists upon sizes 200px or larger. Is there a reason for this lower limit? That means I can’t use 150dpi images set to the size I want.
So I tried to see if I could use images 360px by 270px (72dpi) and mark the slideshow as “High-resolution” but I can’t find this option in any of the palettes or the Exhibio Import action.
So currently I’m stuck and may have to drop Exhibio which would be a shame unless anyone can suggest a way of getting Freeway and Exhibio to co-operate.
We chose a number that we thought would be adequate enough for most situations. I’ll get something logged to get this changed (along with the upper limit, which has also been an issue for some people).
I’m afraid that currently there’s no way to make Exhibeo produce images at the size you require. You’re not able to find a retina option because all output is optimized for retina automatically.
