Hey.
as you know, when you link to an index page in a folder, freeway creates the link like this: folder/index.html but I wanted to link to folder itself, without index.html so I entered folder/ in external link tab. it doesn’t work. I also tried Default File Urls action, the action works fine, It does just like as I did, transforms folder/index.html to folder/ but in browser nothing happens when I click on the link.
please help me.
Pageless links like this (myfolder/ or …/myfolder/ for example) will only work when previewed online as the server should respond by sending back the correct default page (typically index.html) for the requested link. Trying to navigate these locally won’t work and you’ll probably find yourself opening folders in the Finder when links are clicked.
Regards,
Tim.
