a possible client can upload his logo and
see it straight on a T-Shirt? Or on a penball?
And if yes, how can this be done?

You’re going to need something server-side to catch the photo upload,
convert it into a right-sized PNG, and composite it with the base
image of your t-shirt or other swag. It’s certainly do-able, but it is
aggressively non-trivial to code and make work well without
compromising your server’s security. What is your experience level,
and with what server-side languages?
