Look of the Facebook Action

I discovered, that the look of the Facebook Action is kinda weird
in IE 7,8,9. It looks like a text element in a feedback form. How
can I change this? It looks ok on Mac → Safari, FF, Chrome.

Unfortunately I cannot upload a screen shot.

Sorry not 100% correct. It is ok in IE 9.
But 7 and 8 is strange…
