I usually send stuff to the Trash and then Empty, all by keyboard shortcuts - nice and easy. For the last few days I’ve been getting…“Are you sure you wanna do this as it will be deleted immediately?..”
Have I accidentally changed something? Doesn’t seem to be an option in the Sys Prefs.

Yes exactly Mark. That’s what I get from my MacBook Pro when I’m connected to a UAM Microsoft server, but my MacPro is only ever on a home network.
