Good Afternoon.

I am doing an card for a client. I am sending it out through mail chimp. All test recipients can open it - except the client himself.

Hew is running outlook for his email. and he is not able to click on the campaign / envelope to open up the card. he has tried to do the right click download also.

I have had others with outlook be able to click and open - no problem .

Do any of you know any settings that he may have in his computer ( btw un able to open up in online email either)

or another method I can send this…

would an HTML email designed in FW work? and how would I send out to 500 + people?

PS he normally can click on links fine.

Is this the Christmas card you have been working on with the Hype animation.

If so I did say that this was not suitable for emailing and that you said you were providing a link in an email to the web site.

Or am I misunderstanding?

The hype is not in the email.
