I know this sounds odd but has anyone understood how to set mals-e scode
I cant find any reference to it in the freeway shopping manual and I could do with it, so I can id my product. I am not even sure if its set inside freeway or inside mals login area
anyway any pointers would be handy

Max do you mean the Mals link verification code ?
if so you set up the product link verification on Mals site first in your control panel, then copy the code to your clipboard, back in Freeway click on the site folder in the site panel sidebar, go to page > add folder action > e-shop settings and paste the verification code there along with your site id ( 8 digit no ) and the Mals server you got with your account ( www.aitsafe 5, 6 or whatever )
if it is for a downloadable product I have not done that as yet , sorry ! but it must be fairly similar, If you are stuck let me know and I will figure it out for you tomorrow, unless someone else helps you first

Hi Max,
The scode is a freeform stock code that you can add to your buy links or forms and really provides a method to track stock codes to aid the vendor rather than the buyer. My Mals Suite of actions do not currently support the field through the user interface (I’ll be looking to add this and other additions to the actions later) but if you add the entry as a markup item (using the Source Code Snooper action for example) then the Mals cart should just accept it.
