I go to Page, Meta Tags, Then a box pops up. I can choose User or
System…
What should I use…?
Shall I create a New? And then call it “description”? etc…
You’ve got it, Claus - leave on User and click on New. You’ll get
another dialog to enter Name (e.g. description, keywords, etc.) and
Value (e.g. descriptive text, search words, etc.). Click OK and repeat
as necessary.
I think I get it!
Will play with it, hoping I succeed!
Don’t forget you won’t see anything on the Freeway page or published
web site. If you do want to see how it looks in reality, preview in
your browser (Option+Command+B keys) and select View - Source from the
browser Menu. (It will appear near the top. You can only view this,
not alter it).

Thanks, Colin. Am I right, if I say that the Meta description will be shown in search engine result? I just want to be sure I have got it completely!

Traditionally this has been so, but as search engines become ever more
sophisticated they tend to look at the content of the page and provide
an abbreviated version of that content that better corresponds to
keyword searches.
In all forms of search engine optimisation, remember that content is
king and should be kept compact, precise and relevant to the subject
matter. Simply put, don’t ramble on, over repeat or try to cram to
many subjects on one page. Keep you Meta keywords and description
there, but don’t completely rely on them.
