When the cursor scrolls over a a text nav button on my site I want the text to glow or change color. I saw the same question but I really need to figure this out
I have 8 header nav text which are white text on pink background
when the mouse goes over I want to have background glow
but they have still be text
Please Please can some help and show me its the case of understand and learning and Im confused
