I would like to create a site with navigation like this… http://www.seewhatwebuilt.com/
Is this doable in Freeway? If so what are some action scripts I could use?

Your sample site is totally Flash based. Freeway does not create Flash content, but can certainly incorporate it from an external source. All the animation aspects would have to be done in some other program other than Freeway, or you will have to delve heavily into Prototype and Scriptaclous to get similar effects. Some of the layer effects actions Freeway comes with may give you a result you can live with, but you will have to experiment to see what is acceptable or not.
