A couple of instances I have found I want a fade in, and out, but you can’t apply transition fx twice to the same layer.
Are there any other actions similar to transition/attention that are a bit more complex with settings?
I noticed mootools moving, which seems like more complex move layer action.

Right now, even the Mootools Suite only allows one ‘event’ per action. So the item could fade in, but not out again. Same with movement, one direction only.
That is definitely a feature I want to add. But progress is slow, and my focus at the moment is interoperability with FW’s shipping Scriptaculous Actions.
Since what you are requesting has not been ‘actionized’ yet…
How dirty are you willing to get, how far into code are you comfortable going to make that effect happen? - This can be done with some hand-coding and pre-planning in regards to the page design.

not that willing to get too dirty, I can do stuff in flash, it would just be nice to have an instant action type thing.
