I tried both - a new html item and my existing video container. The html5 video action was not available for either.
Now when I open YOUR Freeway file the action is available in the Action list for that document.
I then copied the item you applied the action to and pasted it into my document and the Action appears on my Actions list.
Why would that be? Is there some trick to get actions to appear once you have downloaded it and than double clicked it to add it to Freeway?

Try opening a new blank FW file and see if the action is now available.
By copying my item to your Doc you may just have brought over a cached version.
The new document will tell you if that is the case ie if it is cached it wont be available in the new Doc.
The original action you installed may not have installed properly.
With no documents open try installing it again.

Opened a new document - Action not there
Closed all documents - and reinstalled - Action not there
Restarted Freeway and reinstalled action and restarted again - Action not there
Looked in the Actions folder in the library and the Action is there, but won’t show up on my Action list?!
Try deleting Freeway preference file?

Worth a try - but at least you will have it available in the document that you copied my item into meantime.

Hi,
This has gone weird again, made the fatal mistake of changing a picture on the page…keep getting a Javascript error when trying to publish - “FWFindRaw has no properties”.
I clear it in the Actions pallete and it does it again and again and again - it’s not happy.
Also when trying to relink the video via Modify the video I used is “Missing” when I navigate to it, it isnow dulled out - it can’t be selected.
Also because for some reason the Html5 Video action, although installed, did not appear in the actions list in Freeway 6 I therefore upgraded to 7 thinking it might then appear - no it did not, even though downloaded again and reinstalled. Clashing with some other action???
Any help appreciated
