Hi - excuse me if I’m being silly but I’m new to freeway and flash and web stuff (and lots of other things) anyway. I have an flv that I encoded in After Effects, I then take that into flash and add a player skin and “publish” it. I then bring the swf into freeway, add the skin and the flv and all is well - I get a page with a video - excellent. I now want 6 pages each with a different video content - I have made all 6 flvs but it seems that I have to import each one in turn into flash to add the player skin to each flv (although they are all the same size) - I guess if I could access the code i could just change the name of the .flv or is there another way ? or does each movie have to have it’s own "assets’ (ie not share them)?It’s not a big deal to do it the long way but I was just curious. The only way to do this (that I can see) is to have a generic name for
the FLV and have that positioned relative to the page that has the
SWF. All pages would need to be in separate folders and all files
within the folders would need the same names.
That way you could use the same main.swf file each time, seems like
either way has its own pain though!

Thanks Joe - yes I see - and concur about the “pain” - I think I’ll stick with the long method which actually isn’t too much grief I just often find myself doing things “… the long way …” .
