Multiple form recipients

Hi,

I’d like to make a contact form with a pop-up to select one of four different email recipients. Is this possible at all?

Tim, do you remember the answer I gave for this one? I can’t find it in the archives.

Like this http://www.deltadesign.co/formtest2.html

This uses the PHP Feedback Form Recipients list action on the dropdown selector

Hi,

That’s wonderful thanks. I found an older thread with the usage details i.e. Choice:Name:email for each new recipient but I have never used a menu/list item before, how do I type into it?

Regards

‘Draw’ your Menu item/list on your FW page then reduce it to 1 line in height to make it a dropdown.

With it selected look in the Inspector under the 3rd tab

There you can add your options (click on the icon with the turned over corner to create a new one) and enter your Choice/Value pairs ie name as it appears in the dropdown and recipients email address.

You can reorder the list by selecting an item and use the up/down arrows to move them.

Note that Forms are best constructed within a Table to keep things aligned. You can add a form item by clicking in a table cell until you get a flashing cursor and then use Insert>Menu/List.

Hi,

Great stuff  Thanks so much. I’ll use the table tip next time I use a form.
