New User - Style Sheet documentation ?

I have just purchased Freeway 5 Pro and as my first design exercise, I’m going to transfer one of my small websites into Freeway.

This site uses an external stylesheet and I’m having trouble finding instructions on how to add an external style sheet or even how to create a style.

When you add a style can you change the name to something intelligent like p.red rather than item98734 or whatever it automatically generates for you?

Similarly, can I rename images so they make sense rather than a number?

Basic questions, I know, but I have carried out searches on this forum and haven’t come up with BASIC info.

Perhaps you can refer me to a specific page in the reference or user’s guide that I might have missed?

You can rename your styles to whatever you want them to be if they’ve been applied already to items. In the “Inspector” the “Title” input area is where things get named for Images and DIV ID’s (if you’re doing a CSS Layout, blue button on).

The luxury of Freeway is that if you change the name of the styles or the Image names in the title bar there and Freeway will keep those styles linked through the name change so you don’t have to reapply them, Freeway will republish those items and rename them the next time you publish your document.

You can also import an existing style-sheet by clicking on the Ay (styles palette) and hitting the cog in the lower left and there should be an import option.
