Express should have no limit on pages.
Neither program version stores videos, slideshows or images in the sense of a traditional storage device. They can in some cases create an alternate/web efficient version of something to reference in the site folder - but you should “store” your source files backed up somewhere else as a general good practice.
Importing files - depends on what you are talking about. No importing of other program web design files for instance. Importing graphics files - yes.
And yes, it’s free - so try it out and find out answers to even more (unknown future) questions via hands on!

Thanks so much for your advice. Have begun the tutorials.
Have run into major problems in my trial of other web software, so wish me luck. Of of the trial versions, a well known software almost fried my computer.
