I’m stuck on a few things I’m hoping someone can clarify for me. I was trying to emulate something similiar to this site.

If you skip the intro, and notice the bottom button bars (contact and imprint). Well, how does one create something like this to lie perfectly squished at the bottom of the browser?
I tried creating an html item at the bottom of my page then inserting two inline boxes, floating left and right but they don’t sit on the exactly bottom. How does one position items so they sit to the extreme edge of a page however a browser is sized?
