Oh my what a cracking site!!

Just came across this site, and looking at it I think we have all missed a trick here when it comes down to design… This ones a belter!!!

I get the feeling that this designer drew from all the famous artistic genre’s, ranging from Renaissance, Baroque Art, Rococo, Pre Raphaelite, Cubism all the way to Hammer House of Horror… yep its all in there, in all its glory.

Be sure to click on some of the links… I particularly liked the Yvette’s has gloves!! link and the corresponding page with the floating dismembered arms, it sure is a treat to be hold

No accounting for taste!! Garish, messy layout, confused messages.
loud music: a big turn-off, which I quickly did - but then I’ll never
be a bride!

For me, no thank you - something more aesthetically stylish, please.
Really please!!

Colin

Oh! I should add that I do appreciate the time and effort someone has
put into this bizarre bazaar, but just not my cup of (very English)
tea. I just don’t think it’s the right approach to the subject. I
could see it’s appeal in pop culture for something more appropriate,
but it’s still not for realy me.

I’ve seen Max’s work, something tells me there was quite a lot of
sarcasm in his original post :stuck_out_tongue:

Doh! I’m being slow. )): (

I didn’t twig which Max it was - too early in the morning for me - but
I was soon awake!
And I do know one or two folk (students admittedly) who work in a
similar genre.
