So i’ve found a bug with freeway, that if you have an entrance page that opens the main site in a new window, then from that point all “new window” actions dont work, they open the links in the same window. Is there another way to get around this bug?

It isn’t actually a bug at all. When you cause a new window to open
like that, you use a name to identify it. (This is the name the
browser uses, not the title that appears at the top of the window.)
If you use the same ‘new window’ name for different links, then once
the window has been opened for the first time it will be the target
of each subsequent link.
Use different target names for each window you want to open in a
totally new window.
(But please don’t go overboard. Most people don’t like having new
windows produced all the time. I know I don’t.)
