I am a novice at Freeway but am finding it quite addictive. Am at the early stages of building a simple site but am stuck on background colours. I have a light grey background on my pages but when previewing in Safari, the whole screen becomes grey therefore not enabling the page to stand out. How can I seperate my pages from the screen background?
The “page” area and the background are two separate things. As you have discovered setting the background color sets it for the entire browser window. To have a separate “page” color you either have to place an html or graphic object that covers the entire “page” in layout mode and then give that the color of your choosing, or give the page div a color.
