When I added the tutorials link in my navigation bar my necklace page format changed from center to left. All the other pages are fine. I don’t see anything different in the inspector. Can someone help me please?

Click somewhere on the pasteboard so that nothing is selected. Now
look in the Inspector, in the left-most tab. There is a picker called
Align, set it to Center.

You have something off the page to the right, set to publish. The
page is centered, it’s just ridiculously wide compared with the other
pages in your site. That’s why it appears to be squashed over to the
right.

I can’t see anything over to the side and the page is set for 1000px like all the other pages. There are grid marks over to the right off the page. If I reapply the master it gets rid of the grid lines but also deletes my text and Paypal buttons.

The page is incredibly wide, something is there. Try selecting all
the things you can see on the page, cutting them to the clipboard,
and then making a new page and pasting them. Then go back and delete
that page and rename the new one.
When you delete the page, Freeway will ask you if you want to convert
the links. Agree. Then make sure you rename the new page exactly the
same filename as before and all your navigation will continue to work.

Try zooming out as far as you can go. You should be able to see all
around the page more easily like that.
