I want to change the output of one of my sites to XHTML 1.0 transitonal from
its present state of HTML 4.01 Transitional
I changed the output settings for the page and forced it to republish but
when I view the code source for the page it doesn’t change.
Site is here, currently a folder in my home site:

What am I missing?

Hi william
make sure you have set the page type in the document setup/output but also check the actual page as well and you can see that in the inspector palette then look at the third icon along called page Pages HTML Generated Setting just to make sure the page has got the setting you chose for the overall document

Thanks Max, you know I’ve been using freeway for years and never paid any
attention to that area of the inspector palette…till now!.
