Walter, I screwed up. Although I have Carousel working great, I need to add another pane. Is there anyway that can be easily accomplished, or do I have to start from scratch?
You can add another pane just by drawing another (or better,
duplicating an existing) pane. If you duplicated the pane, all you
have to do is modify the new pane to have the content you expect. If
you drew a new one, you first have to ensure that it is the same
dimensions as the other panes, and then you need to apply Carousel
Pane to it as you did the others. There shouldn’t be any other effort
on your part. The Carousel Action hoovers up all the Panes at publish
time, and injects them into a slide-strip container element inside the
original Carousel element. The only restriction on how many panes you
add is your visitors’ patience. More panes = larger page size = longer
download time.

Good point. As of now, I only have five panes total, and that should be enough for the foreseeable future. What about the cryptic item names that FW Pro assigns to the panes. The number/letter codes it assigns are all out of order. Is there anyway I can assign meaningful names or is it best to leave that stuff alone?
That’s simple. Click once on each pane, and look in the Inspector’s
Title field. Your cryptic letternumbername will be there, and you can
change them to anything you find meaningful. If you type a character
that Freeway doesn’t like (you can’t use spaces, for example), it will
silently remove the offending bit. If you need to indicate multiple
words in the name, use interCaps to signal the breaks between words.

You cannot have two things on the same page with the same name, but
there is no restriction from page to page. Everything within a single
page must have (as in Freeway won’t let you do this wrong) a unique
name. If you try to name two things the same, Freeway will silently
modify the second one to yourName1 or yourNamea or something like that.

You link to the page in the normal way. Do you want a particular pane to be selected when the page loads? If so, you can do this by making a manual link to the page, and adding the name of the pane as a querystring variable. So if your page has the filename page.html, and the pane you wanted was named features, you would make a manual link to page.html?features using the External tab in the Hyperlink dialog.
