Page that will not shrink down for a phone or tablet

I have gone through the tutorials and have made a placeholder page that will not shrink down for a phone or tablet. Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong? I am not tech-savvy. Thank you. Here is the link: http://wermhole.com

Hi Wermhole,

Your first site (wermhole) works fine for me: I looked at it on my iPhone and using Safari’s Responsive Design Mode on my Mac.

In the second site (avhaar) you have given section1 a fixed width of 700px, so it doesn’t shrink. If you remove this (and perhaps set a maximum width of 700px instead), you should be fine.
