Palettes have disappeared!

Hey Guys

For some reason… maybe I fell asleep on my keyboard… my Inspector, Styles & Colors, and Action Palettes have disappeared… and I can’t do a thing!

It’s not a ‘hide’ and ‘show’ on the windows tab issue… Even when I select the palettes, a tick doesn’t even appear beside them. The only one that does appear on screen is the frames palette… and I don’t need it!

PLEASE HELP, I feel like an ignoramous…

Hi K,

Very strange, I would recommend removing your preferences but we’d
very much like to see them to see if this is a problem that could
affect anyone else. Go to the Home/Library/Preferences folder and
select both the com.softpress… and Freeway 5… preference files.
Right/Control click on the files and choose Compress Files… (or
Archive Files… if you’re using Tiger). Delete the selected files and
empty the trash then send the file called Archive.zip to us at
support(a)softpress.com

I hope this helps,

Joe

Hi Joe

Thanks so much for the instructions - they worked!

I had the same problem with pro 4, and upgraded to pro 5 recently (this week) - the problem came with me…

I have archived the files, including pro 4 preferences, and will email these to you now. I can only assume I accidentally hit a keyboard shortcut that made this happen, but there was no obvious solution nor advice on the help function.

Thanks again mate, I can carry on working!

Regards from AUS
Kris
