You’ll find it under an Inspector tab, called ‘Background’. Just pick
a colour.
I think this is a reference to the “page on a page” look, with a
different page background color from the browser window color. I
thought there was a tutorial for that on the Softpress site, but I
can’t find it right now. Perhaps someone else has the link.

Basically the idea is that you use an HTML item to become the ‘page’
that sits on top of the ‘background’. In Freeway the area within the
boundary is really just a guide to help keep all your pages within the
same dimensions, so you have to fake the whole ‘page’ and ‘browser’
thing.
