So you designed the New You Bootcamp website entirely in Freeway Pro and then added Perch? Had you ever worked with a CMS before? What kind of changes can you client make?
The reason I ask is I’d like to bolt on a CMS so he can add new projects to his website himself, but the CMS will need to be able to allow him to add entire, properly formatted web pages and images. Is that something Perch can do?

Perch allows you create new pages based on templates you create. So yes, it’s possible.
New you was completely done in Freeway then perch was added. I only allow the client to update a few areas on the site:
Testimonials, results, footer, blog etc.
I have another site that I use the Perch FoxyCart app for the Ecommerce solution and the client updates and adds / edits all their own products themselves.
One other site, the client updates every piece of text and every image including advertising banners, gallery and events diary.
