All the more reason to use a smaller file size and smaller dimensions. It is 4288 pixels wide and 300 ppi - NOBODY has a monitor that big.
And your Div should look like this in the inspector

What browser are you viewing with - try Safari if you are using FF
There appears to be a prob with FF rendering the text at 1px!
I do have a fix.

I put this:
<div id="FotomotoToolbar"></div>
to make it stationary - it is now showing -
how would you recomend how to center at top or bottom?
Thank you!

Did you Insert>Markup to do that?
Becausecan empty div with FotomoToolbar in the Title box should do it.
What are you trying to center?

No I did page HTML markup.
I see the tool bar on the top left (finally) I would like to see it in the center bottom or top.

With Page>Html Markup you cannot determine it’s position on the page easily
Did you try drawing an HTML box on the page and put FotomoToolbar in the Title box? That should just work!
Alternatively use Insert>Markup Item (which creates a 100px square box on your page) and paste
in there.

Just use the Div - you don’t need to use Markup
