PHP Feedback Form Doesn't Work, But Used to Work

My site has a PHP Feedback Form that used to work fine. I’ve made no changes to it, but I’ve now discovered that clicking on the “submit” button now causes a transfer to the form’s “error” page, regardless of whether the form is properly filled out or not. Any help would be appreciated. I’m using Freeway Pro 5.6.4. Thanks.

Can you post a link to the form page? Most issues with this Action fall under naming the fields correctly. If yours ever worked at all, then you probably got that part right.

If it changed suddenly, the first place to look would be your hosting provider. If they upgraded PHP on your server, that could account for the change. File a support ticket with them, asking what (if any) changes they have made to your server, particularly to do with sending mail from PHP.

Also, make sure you are using the latest version of the Action (check on Tim’s site to be sure) and try uploading again if you do upgrade the Action. Other than that, it’s hard to say.

This looks like a very correctly-built form. I don’t see anything leaping out at me that could indicate where the issue lies. Circle back to your hosting provider, and ask them if they have made any changes at all to your server in the timeframe between the last time you knew it was working and now.
