I had some problems with the PHP feedback form, but I sorted out the issue with my godaddy. The tiny problem now is that when I receive an email from the php form, it contains:
item 18:the Message
item:19:the Email
name: as it should be
I have checked the Page items, and I have named message, and email and name, and submit. It is strange I can not find item 18 and 19, in the inspector I see it as message and email. What I can do to sort this littler problem?
Try selecting the item and check that you are actually looking at the item ‘Name’ and not the item ‘Title’, in other workds, make sure you are not confusing your item ‘Names’ and ‘Titles’, it is a common mistake that people seem to have when making forms in Freeway.

I guessed it might have been! seems to be a common mistake made by many when building forms in FW, the give away is the ‘Item’ in the email that is sent.
