currently you have to do it via Page Setup.
Select -Paper Size > Manage Custom Sizes,
and create a custom page size for your default where 1 >inch is 72 pixels
Ok - but where to set the resolution to 72 px
( I like the idea of having a pt : px ratio of 1 : 1 )
