Pop-up page

Hi

Does anyone know if it is possible to create a kind of pop-up page like the ones in the link I have added? Click on one of the pins on the map and you will see what I mean.
I am using Freeway Pro 5.5

Have a look at the ‘Spawn New Window’ action, that is what I have used before.
