# £ pound sign

Hi  
Just published a site with one or two pounds (£) signs in the site, these are not appearing. Text is HTML

What I see on other computers is a triangle with a question mark.

How do I get these symbols to appear correct, do I have to change the source code?

Check to be sure that your page is set to use Unicode. I have seen many cases where Automatic (which is supposed to default to Unicode) doesn’t properly set that meta tag.
