pre pre loader

Hi,

I’ve just finished (finally !!) a revamp to my own website www.scottish-photography.co.uk I’ve relied heavily on slideshow pro galleries from Adobe Lightroom, principally so I can update images on a more regular basis. The galleries are placed within an iframe action div.
Everything is fine except there is a slightly long preload time before the gallery appears, once cached - no problems. I think the delay is not so much the flash gallery but the search for the relevant files, prior to adding a background colour you would briefly see a ‘page not found’ error in the gallery area.
Question is; could I add a small ‘loading’ notice somewhere, such as you would find if the whole site was Flash ? Any other thoughts suggestions welcome.
I added a preloader on one gallery (Venice) but of course that is just for the flash to come in.

regards,

seoras

Hi George

Nice photos - I will be looking out for these sights as I pass on my way up the A9 to Boat of Garten tomorrow.

Hi Dave,

Thanks but rather you kept an eye on the road as well, the A9 claimed another accident yesterday.

It is a fantastic road for scenery though.
