When I go to preview I keep getting this message before it previews. Is this a problem?
"Relative Page Layout Folder Action
The Action will be ignored on the following pages because they are set as HTML 3.2 or contain table based items:

It is a problem if you want the RPL action to work.
Basically what it is telling you is that there are Table positioned items on these pages ie not all items are layers.
Look at each item and make sure that the Layer checkbox in the inspector is enabled.
Layered items have a green bounding box, table based have blue.
