i put slideshows, mp3 and flv video on my website. the preview is VERY SLOW. also the export/upload. how can i speed up my work flow. is freeway pro faster in that?

Your speed of upload/preview is directly related to the ‘size’ of your web page (content) and the speed of your connection - so the simple answer is that No - Pro isn’t going to be any quicker.
A way of reducing this might be to manually upload some of your larger files to the server and reference them from there. (To ensure that they are not repeatedly uploaded by FW)
Also make sure that you are using the latest version of FW possible.
