Just now I don’t recall how a 2 rows navigation-bar such as this one:
http://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/records/
could be done in FRW.
For each “button” a distinct row has to be designed, is this a div then ?!

It uses 2 different unordered lists, each one in its own div though
the divs aren’t strictly necessary for this to work.
