[Pro] Accessibility option

I’m building a site for use by people with ‘Learning Disabilities’ and need to include a ‘Accessibility’ function where they have the option to view the site in a larger font size. How do I achieve this? The site will use CSS. Here’s an example of a site http://www.ldfnt.org.uk
They have a ‘Accessibility’ link at the top of the page.

That site was done with Joomla so they may have used something like this

There are other methods just using a different style sheet activated by a button on your page - here is a piece on the subject
