At the top of this web page: http://www.businessesgrow.com/

…there’s a small video file. Any thoughts on how that was done? Is it a QuickTime file?

It seems to load very quickly, which is a key consideration of mine. Is it possible to do something like that with Freeway Pro?

Look at JW Player.

You will have to purchase the player if you want it free from ads. Load time and quality will depend on the compression.

Script is required. They are pretty helpful.
