[Pro] Advice on Contact Form, hosted on .mac/MobileMe

Hey guys,

I hope someone can help me.

I am nearing the end of finishing my site, I’ve been working on it for a couple of weeks and haven’t had much experience prior to this.

I now need to make a form, very simple, with just FirstName, Surname, and Email.

Can someone point me in the right direction of how to get my text fields to actually email me.

I am using Freeway 5 Pro, Mac Snow Leopard.

I will be hosting the site on my .mac/MobileMe webspace.

Hi Ben,

The big problem here is this sentence:

I will be hosting the site on my .mac/MobileMe webspace.

MobileMe doesn’t allow or support any server side scripting, meaning
that you’ll need to find an externally hosted form handler. There’s an
Action on our old KnowledgeBase (I haven’t used it so not sure if it
works) that you can try:
